Fresh Bourbon Creams. They have to be fresh, because I’ve noticed that once the pack’s been left open for a week or two, the consistencies change as the biscuit softens and the cream hardens. I imagine that if you leave them long enough you’ll end up with a solid lump of soft chocolate flavoured “thing”. So yes, fresh Bourbon Creams are my newly discovered addictive food of the week. I don’t want to know how many I’ve eaten. But it’s a lot.
TOP TIP: open up the two halves. dunk the dry half into tea and eat. lick cream of other half, then eat the remaining biscuit dry and crisp without dunking.
